Each individual may hold only one active PHPinas account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
All transactions on PHPinas are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the processing terms of those providers. PHPinas reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.

Age Restriction — 21+: PHPinas enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately terminated and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the PHPinas platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. PHPinas reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a user found to hold multiple accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PHPinas account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PHPinas will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your PHPinas account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify PHPinas support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
PHPinas operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including but not limited to a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence — before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. PHPinas reserves the right to suspend account activity pending the completion of KYC verification.
PHPinas reserves the right to classify an account as inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. PHPinas may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, and may close inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.
All transactions on the PHPinas platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). PHPinas does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which PHPinas accepts no responsibility.
PHPinas currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. PHPinas reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made to your PHPinas account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. PHPinas does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published on the PHPinas platform. PHPinas reserves the right to reject any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. PHPinas reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the PHPinas account. Processing times vary by payment method and are published on the PHPinas platform. PHPinas reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits.
Player funds held in PHPinas accounts are maintained separately from PHPinas operational funds. PHPinas takes reasonable measures to protect player balances; however, PHPinas does not guarantee the return of funds in the event of insolvency or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
PHPinas offers bonuses and promotions to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds, which are published on the PHPinas Current Offers page at the time the promotion is active.
Bonus funds credited to your PHPinas account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. PHPinas reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user has engaged in bonus abuse. PHPinas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the PHPinas platform. PHPinas accepts no liability for any loss arising from the modification or withdrawal of a promotion.
All games available on the PHPinas platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game on PHPinas, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
PHPinas uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. PHPinas does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual user.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, PHPinas reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the user's account. All content on the PHPinas platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of PHPinas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the PHPinas platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any PHPinas content without the prior written consent of PHPinas.
Any unauthorised use of PHPinas intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHPinas and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHPinas platform, including but not limited to:
PHPinas's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHPinas platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHPinas account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit PHPinas's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable Philippine law.
PHPinas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if PHPinas is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, PHPinas may forfeit any bonus funds held in your account. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PHPinas's internal procedures.
You may close your PHPinas account at any time by contacting PHPinas support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. PHPinas reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing a final withdrawal upon account closure.
Upon termination of your PHPinas account, your licence to use the PHPinas platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall continue to apply following account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to PHPinas's internal dispute resolution process. You may submit a dispute by contacting PHPinas support with full details of your complaint. PHPinas will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve the matter within thirty (30) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through PHPinas's internal process, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this section shall prevent PHPinas from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
PHPinas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, PHPinas will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the PHPinas platform.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the PHPinas platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the PHPinas platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.2.
